The Harrison Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 6:00pm at the Harrison Township Fire Department, 3625 State Route 752, Ashville, Ohio 43103. The hearing will be to review and vote on an application to change zoning from Agriculture Land to Rickenbacker Business District (RBD). The parcel consisting of 39.442 acres is D1200030028000. Coyne plans to market the property for future industrial development, consistent with its approach to other properties it owns south of the site.
The Rural Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Monday, November 16, 2026, at 6:00pm.
