Harrison Zoning Appeals Board

The Harrison Township Zoning Appeals Board met on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 7:00pm for the regularly scheduled quarterly meeting. The Board met at the Harrison Township Building, 2746 Weigand Road, Lockbourne, Ohio 43137. The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Leah Black. Present were: Leah Black, Peg Egbert, Frank Miles, Debi Hulse and Doug Czako. Absent were: Kenny Cookson and Buck Spangler.
Debi Hulse read the minutes from the regular quarterly meeting, July 11, 2016. Peg Egbert moved to accept the minutes as read. Frank Miles 2nd. The minutes were approved as read.
The Dan Bailey property – Doug Czako sent another email to the Prosecutor’s Office on July 27, 2016. Another email was sent by Doug Czako on September 27, 2016 to check on the progress. Doug has received no response.
The 2 cars and motor behind a house on Bulen Pierce Road are located on Sandra Blackburn’s property. The Harrison Township trustees have extended her time to take care of this matter.
No new business at this time.
Peg Egbert moved to adjourn the meeting. Frank Miles 2nd. Meeting was adjourned. The next regularly scheduled meeting will be on Monday, January 9, 2017 at 7:00 at the Harrison Township Building.
