Old Business:

New Business:

Kelly Spriggs told the Commission that member Ryan Thompson has moved out of the township and has submitted his resignation letter to the Board of Trustees.  This leaves an open seat on the Commission.  She asked if any member knew anyone who would be interested in the position.  Beth Spangler’s name was mentioned as well as Jessica Woods.

Kelly Spriggs brought attention to the large, advertisement signs at the Renick Farm Market location.  They do not have a permit for these very large signs.  The signs are advertising for a man with no vocal cords to speak at a revival to be held at that location.  Dale Hoover, Zoning Inspector, stated that he will investigate the situation.

Mary Ann Elliot sent a message to the Commission.  The copy machine is jammed and can’t be used tonight.  A service man will need to service the jam.  If anyone uses the copier and jams it, please call her to inform her of the situation.

The next meeting will be Monday, July 8, 2019 at 6:00pm.

Matt Rayburn moved to adjourn, 2nd by Ronde Cook-Brushart.  Meeting adjourned at 6:40pm.
