The Harrison Township Zoning Appeals Board held a special hearing on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 7:00pm at the Harrison Township Building, 2746 Weigand Road, Lockbourne, OH  43137.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm by Chairman Leah Black.  Present were:  Leah Black, Peg Egbert, Frank Miles, Buck Spangler, Kenny Cookson, Debi Hulse and Dale Hoover.  Also present was Julie Groves, daughter of owners of MS Trucking, representing MS Trucking.

Debi Hulse read the application. The applicant is M.S. Trucking Inc., 9480 Picway Road, Locbourne, OH.  43137.  Dale Hoover explained what the owners want to do.  The building will be for storage of equipment only.  No hazardous materials will be stored in the building.

Julie Groves, representing M.S. Trucking, spoke.  She said the 60 X 100 foot building with a concrete floor will be for storage.  It will house various pieces of equipment.

Frank Miles asked about the Conditional Use of Land.  The Conditional Use is the Trucking Business.  This building will be inside the boundaries of the original Conditional Use of Land.  It was granted in 2013.

Frank Miles moved to accept the Conditional Use.  Kenny Cookson 2nd the motion.

The Zoning Appeals Board voted unanimously to accept the Conditional Use request.

Peg Egbert moved to adjourn the hearing.  Buck 2nd the motion.  Hearing adjourned.

Next regular, quarterly meeting will be April 9, 2018 at 7:00pm.
