The Harrison Township Zoning Commission held their regularly scheduled, quarterly meeting on July 9, 2018 at 6:00pm at the Harrison Township Building, 2746 Weigand Road, Lockbourne, OH  43137.

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kelly Spriggs at 6:00pm.  Present were:  Kelly Spriggs, Lisa Darnell, Matt Rayburn, Ronde Cook-Brushart, Ryan Thompson, Dale Hoover and Debi Hulse.  Also present was Kevin Hulse.

Debi Hulse, secretary, sent the April 9, 2018 meeting minutes to all members prior to the meeting.  Ronde Cook-Brushart moved to accept the minutes.  Matt Rayburn 2nd the motion.  The minutes were approved as read.

Old Business:

Vance Trucking has planted trees.  They planted a row of Locust trees and a row of Pines.  The trees are small and the pine trees are saplings.  There are weeds growing along with the trees.  Dale Hoover, Zoning Inspector, will check the progress and report his findings at the next meeting.

The Goodyear Warehouse has been started.  It will be a 1.2million square feet warehouse on the corner of SR762 and Airbase Road.  It has a projected opening of November, 2018.

New Business:  Northpointe has started the 2nd building.  The 1st building is still empty.  During the April 4, 2016 meeting the Commission was told that the plan was to build the 1st building and have it occupied before starting the 2nd building.  The Zoning Commission would like to check if this was agreed upon by the trustees.  (Was the 1st building to be occupied before the 2nd building was to be started?)  Dale stated he has not issued any permits for Northpointe’s 2nd warehouse which is to be 500,000 spare feet.

The next regularly scheduled, quarterly meeting will be October 8, 2018 at 6:00pm.

Matt Rayburn moved to adjourn the meeting, Ronde Cook-Brushart 2nd the motion.  The meeting was adjourned at 6:20pm.
