HARRISON TOWNSHIP TRUSTEE PUBLIC HEARING
April 21, 2021
PUBLIC HEARING CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Joe DeFelice called the Public Hearing of April 21, 2021 to order 9:30am at the Harrison Township Building, 2746 Weigand Road, Lockbourne, Ohio. Attending were Trustee Joe DeFelice, Trustee Bill Welsh, Trustee Michael Freeman, Fiscal Officer Lindsay Mayse, and Zoning Inspector Ben Bitler and Fire Chief Chad Noggle. Also present were Steve Fulkert and SR Noble.
Trustee DeFelice read the Rules of Order for the hearing.
Fiscal Officer Mayse read the Legal Notice which had been published in the Circleville Herald on April 10, 2021.
Mr. Fulkert presented plans and documentation on the request of rezoning for 1322 State Route 762 from Agriculture AL FR to General to be used as an excavation business with equipment storage.
RESOLUTION 21-45
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE REZONING FOR CONDITIONAL USE AT 1322 STATE ROUTE FROM AGRICULTURE AL FR TO GENERAL BUSINESS, BASED UPON THE DECISION OF THE APPEALS BOARD AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE ZONING BOARD. Mr. DeFelice moved and Dr. Freeman seconded and the Trustees voted with a roll call vote. Mr. DeFelice, yes; Mr. Welsh, yes; Dr. Freeman, yes. The resolution R21-45passed with three affirmative votes.
ADJOURNMENT:
With no further comments and all scheduled matters attended to, Mr. Welsh moved and Dr. Freeman seconded the motion to adjourn the April 21, 2021 Board of Trustee Public Hearing. All were in favor and the meeting adjourned at 10:18am.
