Future Call Volume Predictions
Call volume statistics for the future allow the department to forecast community needs so we can begin planning for what and how the department will operate in the future. The first model we used for predicting future call volume was implemented in 2022 and has been reliable within 20 calls. This model run monthly and is used as our primary reference due to its proven reliability. A second model was created in 2026 using a more narrow set of data. This model will be run annually. The charts below show call volume increases based on the 2026 model.
